The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.10 per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock. The dividend is the same level paid in the first, second and third quarters of 2013, and double the amount paid in the same quarter last year.

The fourth quarter dividend is payable on December 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on November 1, 2013.
