Fans of Porsche’s legendary Targa models will get quite the treat on Monday, January 13 when Porsche unveils the new 991 Series 911 Targa at its press conference during the 2014 North American International Auto Show this Monday.

Paying homage to the design of the original Targa back in 1965, the modern version will distinguish itself with the distinctive Targa bar — a movable center roof section and a wrap-around rear window “combined with innovative technical solutions that make it a true modern classic”.
