Audi Announces 12 Finalists For Its 2014 Future Of Mobility Practicum

Audi announced that 12 finalists were selected for the company’s Future of Mobility Practicum. The finalists will have the opportunity to analyze concepts about how cars will be used in mega cities in the future. The practicum is six weeks long and is held in Ingolstadt, Germany.

The 12 finalists were selected from top universities throughout the country. They had to be undergrad students majoring in programs such as engineering, design or computer science. After the six weeks are up the top two finalists who presented the best ideas will be offered six month internships at Audi to continue the research they started.

“Audi congratulates the twelve finalists and welcomes them to the Audi Team,” said Peter-Andrew Kainz, Head of Pre-development Vehicle Concepts at Audi AG. “We look forward to collaborating with this creative group and hearing their insights on the future of personal transportation.”
