Information on the options available for the 2015 Mustang are few and far between. Aside of an engine selection (V6, EcoBoost four, and 5.0 V8) and the recently announced 50th Anniversary editions, we know precious little . . . until now. Seems the dealers have received their order guides, and one considerate dealership has taken several screenshots of the guide for the rest of us to see.
As posted in Mustang6g.com, you can view several of the available exterior colors, interior choices, and even an SVT model, which has yet to be announced. Some of them even list their prices, but the base price of any Mustang model is nowhere to be found.
Of special note is the EcoBoost turbo-four’s price—$2,000. Horsepower for this motor has yet to be announced but, as you can see, Ford considers it a step up from the standard V6 and expects a lot of V8 customers to fall back to this motor when certain realities come into play, especially in regards to the cost of fuel and fuel economy. This motor may be the surprise hit of the Mustang lineup.
