You Can Now Build Your Own 2015 Lincoln MKC

The 2015 Ford Escape-based Lincoln MKC will go on sale this summer with a price of $33,100. For that price, you get a push-button start system, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats and a 240 horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The new compact SUV can be optioned up to cost the better part of 40 grand though, something you can do on the recently launched MKC configurator.

The MKC is available in three different trim lines, Premiere, Select and Reserve. The Premiere trim adds leather seating surfaces, ambient lighting and more, while the Reserve trim includes a hands-free liftgate, satellite navigation with voice recognition, air conditioned front seats and more. Three powertrains are also offered, the aforementioned 2.0-liter Ecoboost four-cylinder with either front- or all-wheel drive, or a 275 horsepower 2.3-liter Ecoboost four cylinder with all-wheel drive. Both power units are available only with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Once you’ve sorted your powertrain and equipment group out, all that’s left is to choose your interior and body colors and additional options. Personally, we’ll take any all-wheel drive model in Karat Gold with a White Sands interior.
