Ford has just announced that its board of directors has declared a third quarter 2014 dividend in the amount of $0.125 per share on its outstanding Class B and common stock. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2014.

The amount of the dividend is the same as what was paid in the first and second quarters of 2014, which is a 25 percent increase from the level of dividend paid in each quarter of 2013.
