The all-new sixth-generation Mustang will go on sale in the Middle East and African markets in 2015, offering customers a choice of either the new 2.3-liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine or the revised 5.0-liter Coyote V8.
“The all-new Mustang is out of the stable,” said Jim Benintende, head of Ford’s recently-established Middle East and Africa business unit. “The Mustang is uniquely Ford and has a huge fan base in the Middle East – the second largest market outside North America – as well as Africa. Now those fans have something to look forward to and we look forward to providing more details in the near future.”
The plan to launch the new Mustang in the regions is part of Ford’s aggressive growth strategy for both markets.
