What does the zombie apocalypse have in-common with the Autobahn?
No speed limit.
So when YouTube user Shmee150 found himself in a Porsche 918 Spyder on the Autobahn, you can likely guess what he did; pedal thoroughly-depressed, the Englishman reached an astonishing 325 kilometers per hour (about 202 mph) before a mixture of terror and survival-instinct compelled him to lift off again.
We should point out here that 202 mph is quite nearly touching on the 211 mph verified top speed of the car. Of course we all would have loved to see Mr. Shmee get closer.
The Brit comments that even at that ballistic speed, the Porsche 918 Spyder is stable, planted, and almost suspiciously drama-free. Watching the video, while the view forward is mostly obscured by dashboard, we have to agree: there is no indication of even the slightest twitch in the car’s forward trajectory.
