Ford Motor Company reported 22,640 sales in Canada for the month of December 2014, an increase of 40 percent on an annual basis.
During the month, car sales were up 76 percent to 5,142 units and truck sales were up 32 percent to 17,498 units.
December 2014 highlights (vs. December 2013):
- Ford Focus up 37 percent
- Ford Fusion up 73 percent
- Ford Fiesta up 67 percent
- F- Series was up 37 percent, and the all-new 2015 F-150 started arriving at dealerships throughout the month
- Lincoln sales up 17 percent
“The new Lincoln is clearly resonating with consumers with new products like the all-new Lincoln MKC, Lincoln’s first small premium utility vehicle,” said Dianne Craig, president and CEO, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd.
