Audi Builds A 2015 Q7 Snow Sculpture In The Alps: Video

Audi is currently in the midst of bringing its recently-unveiled 2015 Q7 SUV to market, and is looking for unique ways to promote the three-row crossover. One way they’ve decided to spread the word about its all-new Q7 is to build a snow sculpture replica of the SUV high up in the Central Eastern Alps.

Audi picked the Schmittenhöhe ski resort in Austria as the location for its Q7 sculpture. A small team of snow scultpors set to work on the project, etching away at the snow mound over a five day period until it finally resembled the newest of the full-size German luxury SUVs.

The automaker put together a short video documenting the process of creating their snow sculpture, which we’ve embedded below. It’s in German, but snow sculptures are awesome no matter what language you speak, and there are available subtitles if you really want to know what they are saying.
