Audi has set a record, but unsurprisingly, it’s not one of the automotive sort. To promote the launch of the new Audi A3 Sportback in Japan, the automaker has taken out the world’s largest ever newspaper ad insert.
The 2.77 square-meter ad insert is the same size as the A3 Sportback is in real life, communcating the new hatchback’s compact stature to consumers. Audi says the ad is part of its efforts to introduce more progressive advertising tactics in its marketing.
