McLaren Bringing 570S MSO, 675LT And More To Pebble Beach

McLaren pulled the wraps off the 562 horsepower 570S at the New York International Auto Show, and now, the McLaren Special Operations version of the entry-level supercar is also ready for its stateside debut, this time at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

Two different 570S MSO models will be brought out to Monterey for Car Week and Pebble Beach, each featuring their own unique color scheme. The car pictured above is finished in a purple hue MSO calls ‘Mauvine Blue’ and features a Carbon Black interior with Carbon Black leather and contrasting stitching. The second car is yet to be unveiled, but will be painted in ‘Ventura Orange’ and fitted with unnamed styling enhancements from MSO.

In addition to its unique 570S MSO models, McLaren will also bring along two of its latest special edition models, the 650S Le Mans and 675LT. Both of the limited run models, which are now entirely sold out, are inspired by the McLaren F1’s appearance at Le Mans and in endurance racing events.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a McLaren party without some version of the legendary F1. BMW North America has been kind enough to lend McLaren a 1996 F1 GTR from their collection for Pebble. The car, chassis #17R, was fielded by Team Bigazzi and finished eighth and 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1996.

Rounding out the showing are two cars set to be auctioned off at the event: A Volcano Red McLaren P1 and a McLaren F1 that has been upgraded to LM racing specification.

Monterey Car Week is currently underway, however the main concours event at The Lodge will kick off this Sunday.
