Regular Car Reviews: The One With A 2014 Tesla Model S P85

For those of you who enjoy a little off-the-wall humor with your car reviews, the bloke who produces the Regular Car Reviews series has just come out with his latest instalment, in which he gets around to driving a 2014 Tesla Model S P85.

No, it’s not the Model S P85 D, which ups the ante with a front-mounted electric drive motor for all-wheel drive and a whole lot more horsepower. But remember: this guy’s completely independent.

One thing we especially like about Mr. Regular Cars is the ease with which one can infer that he’s excited about a review. Normally, his stream-of-conscience-style narrative monologue is all over the place, perhaps bordering on the insane. But whenever something particularly exciting or interesting comes along, Mr. Regular Cars starts becoming more focused and cogent. He starts making sense.

So it is with this review of the Tesla Model S P85. In fact, Mr. Regular Cars informs us that everything he drives from now on will be benchmarked against this driving experience. He’s just that much a fan.
