Seven Cars Rammed In Bizarre Suspected DUI: Video

Good samaritans came to the rescue on Thursday in Bellevue, Washington when several of them took it upon themselves to stop and immobilize an out-of-control man in a suspected DUI case.

The suspect in Thursday’s events is a 32 year-old man who, likely under the influence of alcohol or some narcotic substance, smashed his vehicle into seven other cars in the city of Bellevue in Washington state. Local news station KING 5 reports that after exiting his own vehicle, the suspected DUI perpetrator then went car-to-car trying to steal someone else’s set of wheels.

“He was trying to pull me out of my car,” said one of the man’s attempted carjacking targets, Mark Koss. “He was telling me: ‘I gotta get out of here, I gotta get out of here.’ And he told me at one point: ‘If you don’t get outta here, you’re coming with me.'” Thinking quickly, Mr. Koss tossed his keys out of the vehicle, prompting the suspected DUI culprit to move on.

In the end, it was only after several men pursued and tackled the suspect that his rampage ceased. The 32 year-old man has been put in jail while he awaits formal charges.
