If you haven’t yet seen the final race of the Global RallyCross Championship in Colorado Springs, you’ve been missing out. Marcus Grönholm took first while Tanner Foust ended up taking second… that is, until Foust was (controversially) slapped with a DNF a few days after the race. The kicker? Both Grönholm and Foust were piloting über-modified Ford Fiesta hatches, with the speedy Finn driving the five-door while Foust was sporting the three-door.
So without further ado, here’s the tendentious in-car clip that’s been the subject of much controversy in the racing arena. You’ll want to watch the whole thing, but pay particular attention to what transpires at the 5:20 mark.
