Video: 2013 Fusion And Its Power Of Choice

The 2013 Ford Fusion will offer five powertrain choices, including a 2.5 liter naturally-aspirated Duratec, 1.6 and 2.0 liter turbo-charged EcoBoost engines, a two-mode hybrid that’s capable of driving up to 62 miles per hour in electric-only mode, as well as a plug-in electric variant called the Energi.

In this video, Ford engineers and managers discuss the benefits of each of the powerplant choices (they committed the base Duratec 2.5) and offer insights into how each would come in useful in everyday life.
