The much-awaited Gymkhana 6, where Ken Block demonstrates his ability to destroy rubber in his Ford Fiesta ST on an obstacle course, is here! Gutted and tuned to the max, the Fiesta ST makes 650 horsepower, 650 lb.-ft. of torque while sporting a sticker on the rear that appropriately reads “kill all tires”.
In the sixth installment of Block’s series of short clips showcasing his astounding technical skill to smoke tires while performing jaw-droppingly-precise doughnuts and drifts, the Fiesta makes its way (sideways) around a series of barriers and shipping containers, donuts around two moving Lamborghinis (is one an Aventador and the other a Murcielago?) with police livery, as well as two police officers (or are they rent-a-cops?) on Segways. Block even whips around a wrecking ball (boy do those spikes look sharp), adding some irony to what eventually happens to the Fiesta’s tires.
So, grab your favorite beverage and/or snack, and take the next six and a half minutes to enjoy some professional rubber-torching and excellent driving.
