2015 Kia Sedona Headed For New York Auto Show

Kia is set to replace the aging Sedona with an all-new minivan, which will be introduced at the New York Auto Show in April, according to Autoblog. The third-generation Sedona is expected to offer more refined powertrain options and interior amenities.

Senior Analyst Stephanie Brinley at IHS Automotive told Edmunds last year that the new Sedona will be a “brand new vehicle” and that there “will be major changes to the chassis, engine, exterior and interior.”

Spy shots of the 2015 Sedona show the van with sharper, edgier styling. The design, mainly the beltline, is reminiscent of the KV7 Concept shown at the Detroit Auto Show in 2011.
