Porsche dealers delivered a total of 3,246 units in December of 2013 in the United States, representing a 10.2 percent increase on an annual basis. All of the Stuttgart-based automaker’s models posted increases in sales except for the Cayenne crossover, which saw an 11 percent year-over-year decline.
