Texas Is Responsible For 40% Of All F-Series Super Duty King Ranch Sales

Ford’s relationship with the King Ranch in Texas began in 1999, when The Blue Oval “recognized the King Ranch represented the same philosophies it designs and engineers into its trucks: toughness, authenticity, integrity and quality.” The result was the first King Ranch edition F-150, which went on sale for the 2001 model year. The popularity of that original model resulted in the expansion of King Ranch editions to include Super Duty (2003 model year) and Expedition (2005 model year).

Furthermore, the success of the collaboration between Ford and King Ranch is reflected in the truck’s sales, especially in Texas — where forty percent of all F-Series Super Duty King Ranch editions are sold in the Lone Star state.

How’s that for a unique and effective partnership?
