Perhaps he forgot his AAA card at home, or maybe he just lost a horrible Truth or Dare bet with his buddies, but one would have to imagine this individual was in a fairly bad place to leave his fourth tire at home. Apparently, the incident took place in Texas and filmed by a rather dumfounded driver with a smartphone.
Attempting to find any rational reason why someone would willingly operate an automobile on the freeway devoid of a wheel, you can formulate your own hypothesis from the video as to why.
