Ford Gets Its Fashion On With Limited Run Mustang-Themed T-Shirts

Ford has joined forces with five different fashion designers for ‘Mustang Unleashed’, a limited-edition line of shirts meant to celebrate and commemorate the launch of the 2015 Mustang. The different designers are from all over the world and will “embody the Mustang spirit,” according to Ford.

The five designers who worked on the shirts are Anna Sui, Rogan, Paula Cademartori, Tomaso Anfossi and Francesco Ferrari of CO|TE and Pamela Love. Each designer produced a total of three Mustang-inspired shirts, making for a total Mustang Unleashed run of 15 styles.

“Mustang embraces passion, power, adventure and freedom, and by collaborating with top designers known for their expressive personalities and designs, we are blending the parallels between the worlds of fashion and automotive like never before,” said Ford group marketing manager Kim Cape. “The Mustang Unleashed collection celebrates the passion and freedom of Mustang, and its inspiration to pop culture over the last 50 years.”

The shirts will be made in America by Loomstate , a company which uses 100 percent organic cotton and is “committed to supporting best practices globally,” Ford says. The shirts will be on sale exclusively at www.gilt.com/unleashed with pre-orders beginning today.
