So we know that Ford has five teasers planned for something although we aren’t really told what − is it hinting at Ford’s return to Le Mans? Is it simply viral PR piece? Or, just maybe, it could be a lead-up to the upcoming Mustang GT350?
Of course, Motrolix thinks it’s the latter. In the below video − Part 2 of the series − folks from Ford’s team talk about the performance-driving DNA that’s a part of Ford’s modus operandi. “Fun-to-drive … has always been at the core of what we want a Ford automobile to be.” Raj Nair from Ford Product Development touts this certain vehicle as being a “form follows function” car. From the engine, chassis, suspension, and the general technology that goes into the vehicle, if it’s superfluous it ain’t there.
We can expect three more teasers up to November 17, upon which Ford should let the cat out of the bag. And considering the Los Angeles Auto Show starts the following day, we can only hope for the Mustang GT350.
