Now Is Your Chance To Work At Bentley

If you’ve always dreamt of working on some of the most luxurious vehicles in the world, your lucky day has arrived. That’s because Bentley Motors will recruit 63 — yes, a mere 63 — new apprentices for positions starting in September.

According to the flying-B brand, those 63 (lucky) new employees will mark the largest intake of new apprentices of the past 25 years. Clearly, this sort of opportunity doesn’t come along every day. Of the 63 newbies, 40 will be accepted into the company’s newly-developed manufacturing apprenticeship program, which is designed and handled by Bentley Master Trainers. Launched in 2014, the apprenticeship program helps employees develop skills in a variety of capacities including fabricating leather, wood, paint and mechatronics. The other 23 apprentices, meanwhile, won’t get down and dirty with any Bentley vehicles. Instead, they will be shipped off to various business areas including sales, marketing, purchasing, and HR.

“At such an exciting time in Bentley’s history, with our new SUV, the Bentayga, nearing production, we are investing heavily in our future,” said Marlies Rogait, Member of the Board for Human Resources.

Those interested in the work should be prepared to move to England (or elsewhere in the world), and should then head on over to Bentley Careers to submit application before May 1st, 2015.
