If you are not familiar with Manika, then be advised that you habe “never heard a chick like [her] before.” Her latest gangsta-licious song jam is all about her (Manika, that is), advising you to bring your own party, and to bring your own Bugatti (to the party). We imagine that the Volkswagen Group-owned French purveyor of hyper cars made it into the song not because Manika loves Bugattis, but because the name Bugatti rhymes with party. Wonderful.
As expected, a Bugatti Veyron makes an appearance in the music video… luckily, it’s not driven, but rather makes a stationary appearance while Manika poses in and around the car, which makes us wonder if Lil Jon, who graces the song with his infamous and invaluable “yeah”, would have liked to “yeah” on, in, or somewhere around the general vicinity of the car during the taping of the video.
Anyway, watch as much of the music video as you can handle (the Veyron comes in around the 0:40 mark). And, if the jam is delivered way too fast, follow along with the (clean version of the) lyrics below. At the very least, you’ll get to hear a catchy beat and the word Bugatti a handful of times. Though if it were up to us, this masterpiece would be called Bring Your Own Party, since it’s more meaning-appropriate. On second thought, scratch that… Bugatti has a better ring to it. But we just can’t help but feel that the Bugatti name has been abused in some way after listening.
