The Number Of The Beast: Man Trying To Sell Challenger Hellcat With ‘666’ VIN

We’ve always held the belief that Dodge could not have picked a better name than ‘Hellcat’ for the supercharged 707 horsepower version of their Charger and Challenger. But what if your Hellcat had the perfect VIN to go along with its fitting name? Well, there’s one lucky Louisville Challenger Hellcat owner that has exactly that, and it could be yours.

The VIN on this devilish muscle car ends in ‘666’, and while that might be bad luck in the eyes of some, we think it’s pretty darn cool. It’s surely the only Challenger Hellcat in the world with that VIN, but unfortunately, it seems to have gone to the seller’s head a bit. They want $89,000 for the extra-evil Challenger, which is $30,000 more than it costs new.

The seller may be trying to capitalize on the exisiting demand for the Hellcat, or maybe he thinks the VIN really does add value to the car, but it’s more likely that it’s a mixture of both. You can’t get your hands on a brand-new Challenger Hellcat right now due to demand, so why not buy this nearly-new example with an extra special VIN? We should add that the seller dropped the ball a bit by not ordering it in red, though.

Check out the Craigslist ad for this demonic Challenger Hellcat here, and let us know in the comments if you think the ‘666’ VIN is really worth an additional $30k.
