Story Of The 2016 Ford Focus RS To Be Told In ‘Making Of’ Documentary: Video

Ask just about anyone with a pulse and an appreciation for fast things and they’ll tell you: the 2016 Ford Focus RS is a tremendously exciting future car.

Of course, the folks at Ford Performance know this; that’s why they are preparing to launch a “making of” documentary about the gestation period of the new 2016 Ford Focus RS, titled “Ford Focus RS: Rebirth of an Icon.” The movie is set to launch on September 30th, although fans will still have to wait until Spring of next year to actually buy the car.

The trailer clues us in on just a few of the Ford Performance insiders who will feature in the movie, including Ford VP of Global Product Development Raj Nair, and rally racing driver/Gymkhana video star Ken Block, who served as a consultant on the new Ford Focus RS. Of course, while car enthusiasts the world over have something to celebrate in the 2016 Ford Focus RS, we in the US have still more reason to get excited, as this marks the first generation of the Ford Focus RS ever to grace our shores.

These are happy times indeed.
