Zenos Debuts New E10 At Autosport International

While we were all busy rucking, mauling, and scrumming through the 2014 North American Auto Show, British boutique car maker Zenos announced a vehicle at Autosport International that promises to be a joy to pilot around the track. The small (1,433 pounds of small) track star is powered by Ford’s 2.0-liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine making 200 horses mated to a 5-speed transmission, enabling it to sprint from 0-60 MPH in just 4.5 seconds.

It’s also a windowless, roofless missile comprised of a carbon and aluminum monocoque chassis, featuring a double wishbone suspension at both ends with Bilstein dampers. The 16-inch wheels in the front, and the 17-inch wheels in the back are paired with 285mm disc brakes.

Buyers will be able to make some upgrades to the E10, including a six-speed transmission, limited-slip differential, quick-release steering wheel, racing harnesses and more, along with track toys such as: dry-sump lubrication, a fire-suppression system and roll cage (most features will actually be included with the Launch Edition, which will be the first 75 units to be made). Pricing starts in the UK at £24,995, or in the $41,000’s for America, and we can expect other body styles to follow.

The Motrolix staff is comprised of automotive enthusiasts and fanatics from all walks of life and all over the world. They do it for the love of cars.
