Yes, the Ford Focus ST and Fiesta ST are affordable, smile-inducing, EcoBoost-powered hot hatches. And Ford’s official tuning partner Mountune aims to grow the smile of anyone driving one of these machines by adding more puh-puh-puh-power to both vehicles. To promote its performance parts, the firm recently released the following video of a Mountune-tuned Focus and Fiesta ST tackling the famed Nürburgring. Watch:

Notably, the tuned Fiesta ST is capable of reaching 0-62 mph (European scale 0-100 kph) in 6.7 seconds.

The tuned Focus ST, meanwhile, can reach 0-62 mph (again, European scale 0-100 kph) in 5.95 seconds.

And while Mountune’s parts were — for years — a European-only affair, American consumers will soon be able to purchase these very upgrades, which can be installed in 90 minutes or less. Remarkably, the parts won’t void Ford’s factory warranty while also (likely) being covered by Ford’s warranty, as they are in Europe.
