A few websites have pointed out that Kris Singh, respected owner of one of just 12 Lamborghini Venenos, may be the new owner of a Veneno Roadster, however a recent update from Kris has put them to rest.
Singh is also the owner an Aventador 50th Anniversario Roadster, which is painted in a special shade of green commissioned by him called ‘Verde Singh’. He recently posted a picture on his Instagram page of long time Lamborghini test driver Valentino Balboni posing with a Veneno Roadster painted in Verde Singh, leading some of his followers to believe the Veneno was his.
Singh posted the following message on his IG confirming the car wasn’t his:
“Thanks to everyone for the comments. I’m glad you enjoyed this pic but to be clear : I did not order or purchase a Veneno Roadster. This car belongs to someone else. It is stunning!!”
As Car Scoops points out, if the green Veneno Roadster was Singh’s, he would own 16.66 percent of all Venenos ever made. While that would be neat and all, Lamborghini probably wants to share some of the Veneno love, and wouldn’t let two examples go to the same person. Then again, Singh is quite the dedicated Lamborghini fan, so it’s not an entirely implausible.
