Audi Releases New Teaser Of Upcoming A9 Concept: Video

Audi showed us a small glimpse of its A9 concept last month, which is expected to usher in a new design language for the Four Rings. That overhead shot only gave us a small taste of what to expect when the car makes its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, but Audi has now released another teaser of the A9, this time in video form.

The A9, which is expected to ride on Volkswagen Group’s upcoming MLB architecture, is the first new model designed by Audi’s new design chief Marc Lichte. The automaker’s current styling is crisp and clean, but some might feel it lacks emotion. Lichte is looking to fix that, while also maintaining Audi’s simple, timeless design language.

The video doesn’t give us much to work with, but it does give us a good look at the concept’s turbine-like wheels. If you pause the video at the right point, you can also get a glimpse of the A9’s front fascia. Check out the video below and don’t forget to check back to Motrolix when the car makes its debut in LA later this month.
