Audi To Unveil All-New 2015 TT In Geneva In March

Speaking at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit last week, Audi development chief Ulrich Hackenberg has revealed that Audi will unveil the all-new TT at the Geneva Motor Show in March .

According to Hackenberg, the new TT will share many styling cues with the Allroad Shooting Brake concept that made its debut in Detroit. The long-time Audi executive also added that the TT range could grow with a crossover model styled similarly to the concept.

“There is a trend for crossovers, shooting brakes and allroad models, and we combined the TT with these concepts,” said Hackenberg. “The TT has more potential now than in its history. It can be different concepts and segments. A more rugged TT definitely has potential, yes.”

The all-new third-gen TT will ride on the VW group’s new MQB (Modular Transverse Matrix) vehicle architecture shared with the 2015 A3 and seventh-generation Golf. Expect the sports car to be an evolution of the current second-generation model, with moderate improvements all around .
