The 2015 Mustang Hennessey HPE700 starts life out as a Mustang GT with the Ford 5.0-liter Coyote V8 motor. But thanks to all kinds of HPE upgrades, the pony puts out 717 horsepower and costs roughly $75,000.
In the video below, HPE puts the 2015 HPE700 on the dyno running 93 octane fuel through Ford’s stock exhaust system. The result is 663 rear-wheel horsepower and 524 pound-feet of rear-wheel torque.
As you have a look at the video, we should mention that it’s tough to see the Mustang’s rear wheels moving thanks to the combination of black tires and black wheels. But suffice to say, that the wheels are moving very, very, very fast.
