This $10M Seven Bedroom Villa Is The Bugatti Veyron Of Homes

Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Damac Properties has unveiled their latest collection of homes at the recent Cityscape Global exhibition in Dubai, and let’s just say they’re very.. Dubai.

The new collection, called Ettore 971, pulls inspiration from French automaker Bugatti. Every Ettore 971 home will be a 7-bedroom villa overlooking the Tiger Woods-designed Trump World Golf Club in Dubai and will fetch for around 36 million AED, or 9.8 million U.S. – surely a paltry sum for the wealthy Emirati and expats eyeing them.

If you’re wondering, ‘Ettore 971’ is a reference to company founder Ettore Bugatti and Dubai’s 917 international area code. Each Ettore 971 property was conceptualized by designers of the mighty Bugatti Veyron and will appropriately feature Bugatti-esque styling touches along with an indoor vehicle display area.

“We know that many of our loyal customers are huge fans of the Bugatti super sports car brand and the opportunity to live in the world’s first villas styled in Bugatti’s design language featuring key codes of the brand’s DNA is a unique opportunity to experience this fantastic brand in a whole new way,” said Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac.

“The added touch of being able to see your car from many areas of the living quarters adds to the immersive design incorporated throughout these truly luxurious homes,” he added.

Damac didn’t say when construction on its Ettore 971 line of homes will be complete, however the company will have floorplans and a Bugatti Veyron SuperSport on display at the Cityscape Global conference in Dubai from 8-10 September to promote the development.
