The intricacies involved in assembling the Bugatti Veyron‘s W16 engine make the process an art and a science, requiring the use of a computer to accurately align all of the components to fitting those components in the correct order. But the workers in this video make it seem like putting the W16 together is a no-brainer; of course, having the right tools and experience probably makes the process less daunting.
Production of the W16 will continue into the future, as Bugatti has confirmed that the Chiron — the Veyron’s successor will retain the 8.0-liter W16 motor, though with various updates. And that’s a good thing, since everything about the engine is spectacular, even its assembly. And seeing it come together in this video gives us a feeling quite similar to that of a child watching a Disney movie; what can we say, we really love cars!
